The Fighting Falcon

The F-16 is a multirole fourth generation fighter designed by General Dynamics and Lockheed Martin. Its first flight was in 1974 and was introduced and put into serial production in 1978. Being a multirole fighter, it carries a variety of weapons systems, for air-to-air combat and for other ground attack and roles that it is required for.
